Sometimes in life we can find ourselves feeling lost, confused, hurt, alone, overwhelmed or not feeling anything at all. Life’s journey is not always smooth and at times we need to reach for a space to talk. Counselling can offer a safe, confidential and respectful place to talk through your feelings and experiences. It can be daunting stepping into therapy and I will strive to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
I have over 13 years experience in the field and work in person, online or over the phone with clients. I work with an array of issues with a focus on anxiety, relationship breakdowns, domestic abuse and self harm. I draw from a number of counselling and psychotherapy theories to support you through your therapeutic journey at a pace that is right for you.
I have a keen interest in existential philosophy and psychotherapy which explores purpose, meaning making and 'the condition' of the human experience (which includes all the difficult stuff we go through!). This underpins my practice alongside my non judgmental approach which promotes a space for us to sit together, as two humans, and take it step by step.
