I offer an attachment-based psychoanalytic approach to therapy, which has at its core an understanding of the importance of relationships throughout life and how problems and distress in the present may be related to early experiences. Making sense of your feelings and experiences will help you develop your own choices and resources to change your life.
I’m an Attachment-based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, working with individuals and couples. I’m experienced with a wide variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression and trauma. I’m also trained in Emotionally Focused couple Therapy and Internal Family Systems, both evidence-based modalities.
I believe that each person has unique potential and is able to change. I offer a non-judgmental and safe space where difficult feelings and experiences can be explored and worked through. An initial consultation will help you explore your needs and expectations and decide if therapy can help
