Welcome. Are you struggling to make sense of your feelings and thoughts? Are there life events or social issues that seem impossible to cope with? I work with a broad range of clients; exploring low self-esteem, addiction, trauma experiences, depression, grief, anxiety, shame, rage or any of the unique, puzzling or unsettling experiences that have brought you here seeking support and understanding.
Much has been written about the healing and transformative experience that comes about when we dare to share our inner world. Part of my work is to offer a warmly respectful, non-judgmental relationship out of which we can work together, at your pace to gain understanding and change.
I have worked in many settings; counselling organisations, further education, hospice and private practice. I believe that affordable, professional therapy should be accessible to all, and my services are available online, by phone, and in person. I offer both individual and group therapy and where chosen, we can work therapeutically with art and image.
