I am a Psychotherapist with experience of working with adults. I am trained and experienced in a variety of evidence based therapies, however my main approach is to explore the possible impact of early experiences and relationships is the focus of this approach. I explore unconscious processes, your emotions and feelings, ability to create and maintain healthy relationships with others and yourself in a safe, warm space. My aim is on developing a beneficial therapeutic relationship in which we can discuss emotions openly and honestly, in a non judgmental environment.
My primary focus is more on understanding and experiencing emotions. We explore the impact of unconscious features of the self on how we feel and decision making. There is done through discussion and reflecting with less focus on learning particular techniques and strategies.
