Hello, My name is Christy and I would like to speak with you about my services as a therapist. My practise is held in a quiet comfortable room where people feel safe to develop solutions to issues they are finding difficult. This is an authentic non judgemental space where movement towards your healing be facilitated. Though wounds may hurt they can be healed. Everybody has their personal mountain to climb and climbing goes smoother with a good guide that knows and understands the terrain. I would like to offer my services to help you navigate any difficulties you face.
My training is Transactional Analysis, EMDR and NLP, and my focus is helping improve how people interact with themselves, others and the world. I have 12 years experience working with individuals and groups. Including helping people struggling with trauma, addiction, relationship issues and spiritual direction.
I will empower you to reach potential through personal growth, this should be available to everyone. I believe offering people the opportunity to develop coping skills, and manage the ups and downs of life is important.
