Clients may come with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, bereavement and loss, work-place issues or spiritual concerns. They want to find a counsellor that will listen with empathy and help them make manage their emotions, understand themselves better and feel empowered going forward.
I am passionate about valuing my clients, their stories and their journeys. My desire is that you feel heard, understood and that we can explore what you want from counselling together. Once I've heard what you want from counselling, then I flexibly use my 'tool-kit' with you to achieve your aims. I am also a coach and teacher.
