In my practice, I wholeheartedly welcome individuals from diverse genders and ethnic backgrounds, I am committed to providing therapy that is culturally sensitive and embraces an intersectional approach.
During our time together, I will utilise Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, a method that encourages a heightened awareness of the present moment. My services include individual therapy, couples counselling, as well as Zoom and telephone sessions.
Once you reach out, we can arrange an assessment session to meet in person or online and discuss what's currently going on for you. This session will last for fifteen minutes and will be entirely confidential. It will also give you the chance to see if you feel comfortable working with me, an essential aspect of finding the right therapist for you.
