My aim is to provide a confidential, non-judgemental, and authentic space, helping you to get a better understanding why you sometimes feel, think or behave the way you do. I believe that every individual is unique, therefore therapy needs to be tailored to the individual. I use a variety of modalities and theories to creatively and collaboratively work towards a way that can have most meaning for you. With this awareness and insight you can begin to make some positive changes in your life.
I am a qualified and insured, BACP registered psychotherapist, who is experienced working with trauma, addiction, relationship issues, self-esteem, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression and individuals/families impacted by domestic abuse. I also work within a charitable organisation seeing clients from a diverse demographic facing a multitude of difficulties
