As an Integrative Counsellor, I provide a service that combines several therapeutic practices, all aimed towards helping you feel whole again. In recent years, my work has focused strongly on addiction, trauma and issues around sex and sexuality. I also have a particular focus on identity, self-worth and boundaries. We are what we think and what we think governs how we feel - our beliefs shape our reality. My role is to help you process and integrate whatever it is you are struggling with, supporting you on your journey to improved mental and emotional wellbeing.
Conventional indoor therapy is available in the centre of Manchester at my office in Deansgate. I also offer outdoor therapy at various locations in Trafford, Cheshire and the Peak District. As an experienced counsellor, I'll work alongside you to seamlessly blend traditional therapeutic techniques with the nurturing environment of the outdoors.
The calming effects of fresh air and sunlight reduce stress and anxiety, while the physicality of outdoor movement can release endorphins, boosting your mood and overall well-being.
