I am a highly experienced Family and Systemic Psychotherapist who works with families, couples and individuals. Currently I am working on-line and also face to face in the Taunton area of Somerset. I specialise in both child-related issues such as depression, anxiety, autism, ADHD and also adult families where there are relationship issues, unresolved difficulties from the past or perhaps mental health difficulties. My work with couples is often when there is a desire to improve the relationship and rediscover some of the joy that may have been lost. I also enjoy working with children and adults individually.
I have more than 20 years experience working in child and adolescent mental health services with children and families with a wide range of difficulties as outlined above. I am also very interested in working with adult families and men either individually or with their families.
It is usually helpful to begin with to have a conversation over the phone to discuss the issues that you would like to bring to therapy. After that we could arrange an initial consultation appointment to see if I am the right therapist for you. Sessions are one hour long and can be weekly or every 2 weeks depending on your preference.
