Welcome, my name is Chris. I am an LGBTQIA+ friendly psychologist passionate about providing a safe and empathetic space for individual adults and romantic partners to process their most painful difficulties, learn more about themselves, nurture healthy relationships and live more fulfilling lives. We can work together to process past traumas, navigate a crisis or break free of destructive patterns. However, I am honoured to work with people going through various emotional and life difficulties. I hope to develop a strong therapeutic relationship as we navigate your healing journey together.

I work to facilitate a collaborative healing process where you feel safe to process your painful experiences and have a healthier relationship with yourself and your partner(s). This will help you break free of destructive patterns, have greater harmony between emotions, overcome conflict and increase connection in relationships.

We will begin with an intake and history to give us a strong foundation. For your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy. The next two sessions will go into your childhood and past experiences, but feel welcome to only share when you are ready to. Thereafter, we will discuss how I could best support you and I will guide you on how to get the most out of our work.
