The key thing for me is to build a strong, trusting relationship where you can feel confident to explore your experience and emotions. I use a person-centred approach to establish this relationship, as well as creative activities to help examine thoughts, beliefs and behaviours. Above all, I want you to feel seen and understood, really sure that I get you.
