Problems during sex are often caused by physical and/or emotional factors, including poor health, injury, disability, stress, depression and anxiety. I can therefore help you understand the factors contributing towards your sexual problems, and walk alongside you while you create a plan to overcome them.
I appreciate talking about sex and intimacy is challenging for lots of people. As a sexual health nurse and psychosexual therapist, I have supported people to talk about these things for almost 10 years and will do my best to make sure you're comfortable.
