Are you looking for some support? Perhaps you have autism/ADHD? As a Health Psychologist, I work holistically to consider your mental and physical health. Having lived experience of being a neurodivergent Psychologist, I am also uniquely skilled in supporting neurodivergent clients, life coaching (ADHD, sensory challenges and advocacy), self-esteem and diagnosing and assessing ADHD. I work with adults of all ages, and young people (8+ years old). I currently provide gold standard and thorough ADHD assessments for adolescents (16+) and adults. - Please contact the admin email on my website, as I am currently on leave at present. -

I am also particularly passionate about working in the areas of health management, pain, supporting young people, women's health and LGBT+ individuals. My therapeutic approach is informed by my training as a HCPC Chartered Health Psychologist, where I specialise in considering your health and wellbeing. I deliver therapy with a heart at all times.

As a Health Psychologist, I can also help with; changing health-related behaviours, coping with transitions, sleep habits, weight management, managing health conditions, long covid and improving your physical health.
