I have been a Integrative Counsellor since 2004. I also hold an MSc in Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy Studies, plus a Diploma in Integrative Counselling Supervision. I worked within the Prison System as a Counsellor for 12 years, with clients who experienced issues around depression, abuse, trauma, addiction, self harm, grief and loss, anxiety, personality disorders, autism etc. I have also worked with organisations that support individuals that have experienced Domestic Abuse and Eating Disorders.
My areas of interest revolve around working with Childhood Sexual Abuse, Domestic Abuse, PTSD/Complex PTSD, Addiction, Self Harm, Eating Disorders, Relationships, Grief and Loss, Depression and many more. I can offer short term or long term therapy and offer a sliding fee scale.
I believe every person is unique and worthwhile and has a value, regardless of how people see themselves. I can offer offer a safe space, where acceptance and empathy are of the utmost importance.
