At some points in our lives, we can struggle with overwhelming feelings which can sometimes be especially hard to cope with. I am here to give you the space and time to unburden, and work through any issues at your own pace in a safe, comfortable, confidential and non-judgemental space.
Being an Integrative practitioner means that I have trained in several Counselling models, this helps me to tailor your therapy to your individual needs. I have a special interest and experience in Autism and Adult Autism diagnosis.
Together we can: Look into the past for answers and reasons why things are how they are, work in the 'here and now' to change repetitive behaviour and unhelpful thinking patterns, and look to the future for making and setting goals.
