In life we all go through challenging times, whether it be disappoints from people, struggles, confusion, feeling alone or being trapped with uncertainty of a better tomorrow. I am DBS checked and offer counselling services to - young adults and adults to overcome what they are going through as well as for them to seek the tools that will support them in the journey and post counselling. Consultation calls are £30 to discuss the support you want to receive in the counselling sessions.
All sessions are online via Zoom or telephone. I have experience and specialize in-Anxiety, emotional abuse, family issues, depression and low self confidence. As well as general counselling.
I am ongoing in training to be able to serve you better for the difficulties stated above. I know what it is like to have life happen to you, you feel you cant go on, you feel stuck, sometimes alone or that people don't understand you. That is why counselling support is here for you to not go through it alone.
