While Psychosynthesis acknowledges and works with the pain and suffering inherent in the human condition, it also suggests a path for empowering our human ability to create harmony internally.
I weave together compassionate self-inquiry and transformational techniques such as visualisations and meditation tailored to your needs to support you. I have a special interest and experience of working with the South Asian community which is often characterised by unique traditions, beliefs, ideologies, customs and ongoing intergenerational practice.
