I am an accredited Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their journey towards mental well-being. With over 8 years of experience in specialist NHS services, I bring knowledge and expertise to my practice. My practice covers a broad spectrum of mental health difficulties which are outlined below. Drawing on my background in a specialised neurodevelopmental service (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), I am able to identify neurodivergence and adapt sessions in order to support individual’s needs.
I am dedicated to tailoring treatment plans to meet individual's needs. Through a blend of evidence-based techniques and a client-centered approach, I work collaboratively to enhance coping skills, reframe negative thought patterns, and foster positive behavioural changes. I also take more integrative, evidence-based approaches when required.
Sessions last 50 minutes. I offer both short-term and long-term interventions. I provide a complimentary consultation, to ask questions, discuss your concerns, and determine if we are a good fit to work together.
