I offer neurodiverse affirming CBT, IPT and EMDR for clients who identify as ADHD, AuDHD or ASC. I have over 12 years experience supporting people to overcome issues with executive functioning, relationship and communication issues, workplace stress, burn-out and overwhelm, PTSD, OCD, rejection sensitivity dysphoria, depression and anxiety.
