At one point or another, most of us experience issues that require deeper attention and support. I offer creative and exploratory techniques where appropriate, to help you communicate your inner experience and feelings.
I believe the success of counselling relies heavily upon the relationship between counsellor and client, as such, I want you to know I'm a warm, friendly and approachable counsellor who works to empathise and understand what you're going through and help you feel understood.
