Hi I'm Charlotte and I'm a therapist that specialises in working with disabled people and people with chronic illnesses. Not only have I studied disability and how it intersects with counselling, my own lived experience adds a further level of understanding to the issues my clients bring. I primarily do telephone and online counselling.
As as integrative therapist I draw on different counselling approaches to tailor the session to your individual needs. My specialist areas include: Anxiety, Chronic illness, Confidence, Depression, Difficult life events, Disability, LGBTQ+, Self-esteem, Stress.
