Life can sometimes throw many challenges our way and we may find it difficult to cope without support. I experienced in and am able to help you with many of life's difficulties such as anxiety, depression, grief & loss, trauma, self-esteem, to name a few; however, my areas of speciality are working with relationship difficulties, sex, attachment, identity, guilt & shame, adverse childhood experiences, family difficulties, abuse, narcissistic abuse and interpersonal trauma. I am also currently completing further specialist post-qualifying training as a Clinical Sexologist & Relationship Therapist.
My way of working is "Relational" which focuses on the correlation between our emotional health and wider relationship health & "Integrative" which means that I am flexible in my approach and I am trained to combine several approaches to psychotherapy such as psychodynamic, existential, CBT, ACT & CFT. This allows me to tailor the work to your needs.
I offer a safe, comfortable, discreet, inclusive and non-judgemental environment to all, a space to talk or a space to just be. I have been sat where you have been sat and therefore understand how challenging it can be to seek support when you need it and find a safe space to talk about any of your concerns, hopes, fears and worries.
