I offer a warm, non-judgemental counselling space. My central aim is to understand the way you are in the world as best I can, and be alongside you as you bring your difficulties, at your own pace. I work in a client centred way, with the understanding that something which works for one person, might not work for another. I have had experience working with clients with grief, long-term illness, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, neurodivergency, stress, anxiety and depression, life transitions, among others.
I have a special interest in working in nature, neurodivergency and bringing creativity/practical ways of working into the counselling space with the view that these methods can have great healing potential. I hold the inner child in mind as I work and offer to connect with this in the room..
