Hello and thank you for visiting my profile. I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor, with a diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling, and a Registered Member of the BACP. I work in a very relational way with clients from all back grounds and with any issue they might need to bring. It's important to me that I can provide a safe space to be able to explore the past, present and future hopes, as well as what might be held unconsciously, through the mediums of dreams and imagery, bodily sensations and reflections. The aim is always to give the client the tools and understanding in order to live the life they want to the full.
Integrative Transpersonal Counselling is a psychotherapeutic therapy, combining modern psychology with more traditional and spiritual philosophies. We are not just body and mind, we are also spirit and soul. I work very holistically, using a number of different theories and perspectives, and whatever works best for the client.
