The ideal client in therapy for me would be someone who is motivated or has hope to change and willing to do the work to make positive changes in their life. My client could be struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and many other mental health difficulties but would be committed to addressing these issues and finding healthier ways of coping or be open to make a little change in their life. Their goals would be to develop self-awareness, improve their mental and emotional well-being and build stronger connections with themselves and others.
