Out sessions will last for 50minutes, this space and time is for you to bring whatever you choose to the sessions
My aim is to provide tools you may use to resource yourself. To support you in building strength and stability both mentally and physically. To accompany you whilst we uncover hidden memories, deep-rooted patterns, and/or worn out belief systems, examine their impact on your life today and gently explore ways together in embracing change
