Beyond the Body (BTB)

BTB is an online recovery programme for Disordered Eating. Our monthly membership gives you access to; over 20 hours of educational video & audio content; more than 40 PDF guides to support learning; 15 core modules released over 15 weeks; learning at a time, place and pace that suits; our private and confidential online community; our partner programme and regular support sessions with our team. We recognise the diversity that exists in the Disordered Eating community, and we value everybody in EVERY body. We take a fat positive, weight inclusive stance with a focus on compassion, curiosity and acceptance.
