We look for a positive way forward to deal with something that feels stuck or unmanageable, in a therapy space that welcomes and understands sexual differences and experiences, and treats you with respect.
Therapy can offer a variety of ways to support you including: psychosexual education; trauma work; exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that don't make sense; or just having someone you can speak to who 'gets it' and gives you a space to discuss sex and intimacy without judgement.
