I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist trained in the person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. This allows me to blend techniques that address both the here and now, as well as the present-day impact of your developmental roots.
At the core of my practice is the exploration of your relationship with yourself. Together, we will identify the narratives you tell yourself about who you are and how these narratives may hinder you. We will work towards growing a deeper understanding of yourself, grounded in self-acceptance and compassion, allowing you to experience a more fulfilling life.
I offer 50-minute weekly sessions, which occur at the same time and day each week. Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for me to better understand your therapeutic goals. If we agree to continue working together, I will hold a review for us every six weeks so we can assess how the sessions are benefiting you.
