I provide specialist support to adolescents and adults who are struggling with difficulties such as PTSD, childhood trauma, perinatal and postnatal difficulties, low self esteem, anxiety and depression. I also offer couples work. I use range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and attune to each individuals needs.
In my approach, I'm warm and always happy to go at your pace, but sometimes I might challenge you, but that is therapy. The main models I use are: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
