Therapy is your space to untangle hard feelings, difficult situations or work through past, painful experiences. Whatever your reasons or goals for coming to therapy, I'll provide a gentle, supportive relationship for you to do just that. You will have a safe space to be yourself without being judged. I'll be beside you as you make sense of things and understand yourself better. Or you might want some help to recognise unhelpful patterns that you want to change or resolve or accept those complicated feelings.
I'm an integrative counsellor working in a relational way with adults and young people. We are all unique so I'll tailor my approach to you, drawing on my knowledge and experience. I'll listen, giving you an important space to think out loud and supporting you to find a way forward.
The relationship between client and counsellor is the foundation for the work and you will be the centre of what we do. From your initial consultation we'll think about what is troubling you and what you hope to gain from counselling. We'll work at a pace that suits you so that you feel heard and understood and we'll reflect on our work together regulalry.
