I have over 20 years experience of working with children and young people with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties. CBT has been shown to be particularly helpful for those with all types of anxiety and depression. Working together, we would explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in order to develop different ways of managing emotions and strategies for coping. I work closely with parents and carers wherever possible in order to provide the best support for the child or young person but I’m guided by the individual needs of the young person.
