Coming to counselling for the first time can be daunting and may take some courage. Psychodynamic counselling is a process that works through a therapeutic partnership between the client and the counsellor, to explore and challenge the patterns that you may identify in your life that hold you back, or to deal with issues in relationships or experiences.
I appreciate that finding the right counsellor is important. We can discuss in our initial meeting what you would like to achieve from counselling. I work with adults on a short or long-term basis. We can decide together what might be most appropriate.
