Hello, I am a qualified and registered counsellor. If you're looking for some support in order to make sense of some difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions, I can help you. Talking to a professionally trained therapist that 'really hears us' helps us understand and make sense of the past and to listen out for unhelpful patterns of behaviour/beliefs that are keeping us stuck, unhappy, angry or sad/anxious can be so helpful. With awareness we have new choices, we can heal and regain control of our lives, forever.
Things generally start becoming a problem when issues are swept under the carpet, ignored or supressed, often resulting in symptoms of depression, anxiety, overwhelm and panic. Throughout the process of therapy I will offer insight and new perspective giving you the knowledge and confidence to implement long-lasting change to your life.
My practice is located in Titchfield Common. Here you will feel fully accepted for who you are, there will be no judgements and you will always be treated with kindness, respect and warmth.
