I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in combination with Systemic therapy allowing a tailored approach based on clients needs. CBT is aimed to support clients identifying the triggers and the dynamics that hide behind their difficulties, learning coping strategies to deal with them. Systemic therapy is often considered an approach to treat families and groups however, it also effectively apply to individuals.
Human beings are social entities, therefore understanding and treating relationship issues is the key to achieve a peaceful and balanced life style within the systems we are part of such as family, friends, work environment.
