I have a gentle manner but I am able to understand problems. I often work with things other therapists have not been able to help completely and have therapeutic solutions to the most challenging issues. I help you understand how the past impacted you. I use a structured approach so you create therapeutic goals. TRAUMA therapy can be very helpful. RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING -both partners spend time express their point of view and a joint agreement on how to progress the therapy. I usually set “homework” for both individuals and couples to work on between sessions. DISCOUNTS for block bookings of 5 get 6th session review free.
Relationship counselling - assess communication, differing family and cultural backgrounds, create focus of discussion and assess progress. Psycho-sexual Therapy - assesses the problem, how that has impacted the individual/their ability to be in a relationship, the original causes and then works through a protocol (12-20 sessions usually) to resolve it.
I am gentle but wise. I have been called a magician, as my patients gain insights where years of therapy with other services has not really helped. The changes I offer are life-changing and long-term. If you make the committment to do some good for yourself, then the challenging process of therapy will be worthwhile. Therapy takes time for emotional healing.
