Hi I'm Carol, I know choosing the right counsellor for you can be one of the hardest decisions you can make when you are struggling. I'd would like to say how brave I think you are in taking this first step, it takes a lot of courage to admit that you may not be able to do it alone and need a little help to get you where you want to be.
I have experience with many different different individual needs but I specialise in anxiety, depression and stress. I can help you better understand why you are thinking and feeling the way you do at the moment and find ways to overcome those difficulties in order to live the life you aspire to. You don't have to feel like this if you don't want to.
