I provide a specialised treatment that is effective in treating a wide range of common mental health problems including anxiety and depression. My ISTDP approach (Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy) offers an evidence based accelerated model of therapy which aims to alleviate symptoms of emotional distress as quickly as possible.
I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years working in the NHS, in private practice, and delivering teaching to Warwick University and Coventry University. I take an active approach and offer a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic space where we will aim to get to the root of the problem and resolve in as short as possible time frame.
