I work with issues of anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, PTSD and relationships. Life often throws something unexpected at us and we can find ourselves feeling unsettled, lost and scared. Exploring things in my counselling room, through talking and reflecting gives space to gain understanding and identify the things that are important for you. It is your time and I will work alongside you to help you reach your counselling goals. It is a different story for everyone and you will have time to unload and speak those matters that need to be heard.
I will give you my full attention and allow you to go at your own pace. I work a lot with people who have experienced traumatising events in their lives, and also with attachment issues.
I know how hard it is to take the first step of contacting someone. I have a short initial trial session, which is free, so that you can see if I am the right person for you.
