Hello and welcome to my page. I am a professionally qualified therapist, clinical supervisor and mindfulness practitioner, and have over 20 years’ experience. I am a warm, compassionate and experienced counsellor and therapist, who can create a safe and trusting space for you to talk in confidence about issues or problems that might be affecting you. Counselling can help with many difficult life problems - from coping with relationship issues or bereavement, to dealing with depression and/or anxiety. You may be trying to manage harmful emotional behaviours, struggling with a lack of confidence, or maybe just feeling stuck.
As I am trained and experienced in a variety of approaches I am able to tailor my approach to your individual needs. I have experience of working with a wide range of difficulties with both adults and children and young people. As a registered member of the BACP I am committed to work within their ethical guidelines. I also offer Clinical Supervision.
