My area of expertise is disability. I am passionate about enabling and empowering individuals to live their best life they can despite the obstacles and experiences life has thrown at them. Acknowledging that at times we all need a supportive professional to help find a way through the rollercoaster of life, to manage and overcome difficulties; to live with life's challenges; to mourn and recover from trauma and loss.

I am a compassion focused counsellor, that will work in a way that is suited to your individual needs, to ensure that your voice is truly heard and that all that you want to explore is understood and acknowledged in a kind, sensitive and non judgmental manner. Nothing is off limits and your sessions are a safe space to share what's troubling you.

I understand what it is like to be misunderstood, feel invisible, and not a valued member of society. I understand the social model of disability and the impact of discrimination.
