Working with me may help you to identify addictive or destructive cycles, overcome past traumas and events and make positive changes to your lifestyle. My approach is warm, kind and challenging and I integrate different ways of working to explore the best ways for you to explore your issues. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore difficulties in your life in central Bristol.
I offer a Gestalt approach and believe that the patterns which emerge in our relationships are the key to who we are and how we feel. I work with the whole person, including attention to body process and the use of creativity. I am sensitive to different world and spiritual views, and relationship choices.
I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation to see if we would like to work together then initial session is £25 to see if we are a good fit. Fees are £50 per session. Daytime and some evening appointments currently available.
