I have been working as a therapist since 2019. My experience has been gained within an NHS setting, online therapy platform and several specialist therapy centres. I have worked with clients who experience anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, depression, family and relationship problems, PTSD, dissociation, suicidal ideation and many other issues. Together, we will look at what you would like to work through and find a way of helping you move forward. I will listen to your needs, challenge and encourage you to explore issues and develop coping strategies to help achieve goals.
