Hello, my name is Brontë. I am a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor who has a degree from Coventry University in Integrative Counselling, and a fully registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy who works with Adults aged 18+. Being an Integrative Counsellor simply means that I draw on different theories and interventions that best suit the clients needs.
I decided to train as a therapist because I experienced first hand how important it was to speak to someone impartial, in a safe space. Not long after, I understood how important it can be to look back on our own experiences in life, so that we can break unhealthy patterns and move forward in life in a more positive and healthy way.
