If and when you are looking for someone to help you talk through a difficult life situation, a tragic loss or a void in your life, it can be a daunting endeavour but it is also a brave step to tackling what may have plagued you for a long time. My experience is that therapy is an effective, insightful and compassionate place to support us on our quest to finding answers and healing. The support of a therapist can be invaluable to help us to come to a deeper understanding of ourselves, the challenges we face and to help us forge a new way forward.
I would like to work with you to tackle issues like: Relational problems - Bereavement and loss - Identity Issues - Workplace difficulties or loss of work - Anxiety issues - Search for meaning and spiritual connection.
I am in my last year of my training as an integrative psychotherapist. I currently work through Counselling Initiatives Twickenham, which is an organisation that offers low-cost counselling for people who are on a low income or benefits and unable to access private fee-paid counselling.
