Berne (1966) says "we can heal the past in the present in order to assure the future." With this in mind, I will ask you; “What do you want from therapy? What is the goal?” As we journey together I will help you gain insight which can, in turn, help you identify problems, unused opportunities and resources. Most of all, I offer understanding and hope.
I am strong enough to walk with you as you explore the depth of who you are , and strong enough to hear your pain without turning away. I am someone who believes that the sun will rise again, but who does not fear your darkness. I am someone who can point out the rocks in your way without carrying you.
