Hi, I'm Brett. My aim is to provide you with a confidential, supportive space where you feel safe to talk about whatever is distressing you or holding you back in life. I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is key to the outcome of therapy. My priority is to build a relationship of trust where we can work together for therapeutic change.

My training is in Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies. This enables me to adapt my approach to suit your needs and personal qualities. It is important that you find the therapist who is the right fit for you. I offer a free, no obligation, 15 minute consultation so that we can chat and see whether we can work together.
