I am an internationally experienced Existential Psychotherapist working with adults cross-culturally in the UK and abroad. I help people explore their lives and what it means to exist. To face life’s challenges in a more meaningful, fulfilling and authentic manner. To confront such questions as “Who I am?” “What is my purpose in life?” and “How shall I live my life?” We are all faced with choices, dilemmas, and limitations, that is part of being human. My approach is to explore your lived experience in an open and honest manner, and to find ways forward that are more satisfying and rewarding for you.
As an integrative practitioner, I combine attachment theory, CBT, compassion focused therapy, and existential approaches, to fit the needs of each person I work with. I have experience helping people with, loss, life transitions, relationship issues, addictions, existential anxieties and identity whether cultural, sexual or spiritual.
