I use Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to cultivate wellbeing and value-driven living; Narrative Therapy to understand the themes and rules in your life story; attachment and psychodynamic principles to explore early life experiences.
